Available right now is high quality Greek Olive Oil in 1 gallon tins.

These will store from 10-15 years in cool storage!

Three grades are available: Extra Virgin, Pure and Pomace.

Extra Virgin is the first or COLD PRESS. $25 per gallon or $125 per case of 6

Pure is the second or WARM WATER PRESS. $24 per gallon or $122 per case of 6

Pomace is the last press. Hexane is introduced to draw out the very last of the oil, then the chemical is neutralized. This oil is recommended for COOKING ONLY(as heat will kill the rest of the hexane)--- $17 per gallon or $83 per case of 6.

Also available are pitted Kalamata Olives. These are a meaty raw olive, cured in a brine. They will keep in this brine and do not require refrigeration! $79 per 22 lb keg.
